Seeking Teens for "The Lightning Thief" Musical
"The Lightning Thief" is looking for teen performers. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: This dynamic musical adaptation of Rick Riordan’s bestselling book opened on Broadway in 2019. When teenager Percy Jackson discovers he’s a demigod, he and his friends embark on an epic journey to find Zeus’ missing lightning bolt and prevent a war among the gods. Additional info: Please prepare a monologue and a song attached to the sign-up link. Callbacks if needed January 7th, 5-7pm. Rehearsals: January 12th- March 27th, 2-3x/week (TBD BASED ON CONFLICTS) Please note not all cast members will be called to all rehearsals. You will only be called as needed. Technical Rehearsals: Monday, March 23rd-Thursday, March 26th: 4:30-8:30pm Performances: Friday, March 27th at 7:00, Saturday, November 28th at 2 pm and 7:00 pm Note: Registration Fee applied- Need-based scholarships are available; please inquire.
