When Annie and her loving father move to a new town, Annie will become friends with two local kids through skateboarding. With them she will look for a missing bully in order to win the reward money to go to North Carolina for a skateboarding event. What they don't know is that the loving father is the one who took the bully.

Comes from a rough household, angry most of the time, has wanted to escape for a long time now, jealous of Annie and James spending too much time together, really good friends with James, almost like a brother to him. Tough on the utside but the smallest of the group.
Bully son of the richest man in town. Thinks he can get whatever he wants just because of being rich. Gets kidnaped by Pete, who wants to make him a better person. Through a lot of talking and getting to know him we discover he is just a kid like any other who wants love, his parents give him whatever he wants rather than spend time with him, and all the friends he has want him because of his money or because they are scared of him.

No emotions when both of his parents die, not one tear, just a strait face and void look. Very little talking
Skinny, shy, small kid, gets hit by his father. Will get killed by his father while sleeping. (no talking, very quick scenes)
