Winter Production of "Madama Butterfly" Seeking Child Boy

Seeking a small/petite child, age 4-6, to play a 3-year-old boy in the winter production of "Madama Butterfly." ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Additional info: Looking for a calm and confident child who can follow directions and sit quietly on stage for extended periods without becoming fidgety or distracted. The child must be happy and comfortable being carried, holding hands, and being embraced by cast members. They must be comfortable being placed in a variety of different seated positions. The child will be in close proximity to people singing loudly, and must be comfortable with vocal and orchestral noise near them. Must be generally available for afternoon/evening and weekend rehearsals beginning January 13. Performances January 30 and February 1 When applying, please send contact info and a photo of the child.
