About the project: “Chicago P.D.,” a police procedural drama, is a key component of the acclaimed “One Chicago” franchise. Premiering in 2014, the series is set against the dynamic backdrop of the Chicago Police Department’s Intelligence Unit. Led by the dedicated and often intense Sergeant Hank Voight, portrayed by Jason Beghe, the unit navigates the complex challenges of law enforcement in the Windy City. “Chicago P.D.” delves into the personal and professional lives of the officers as they tackle high-stakes cases, confront moral dilemmas, and form unbreakable bonds. The show is celebrated for its realistic portrayal of crime-solving, its diverse ensemble cast, and its exploration of the moral gray areas that law enforcement officers navigate. Rate: Pay for ages 6-15: $160/8 (each day) Pay for ages 16-18: $132.80/8 (each day) Additional info: Children ages 6 through 15 will need a minor permit in order to work. Ages 16+ do not need a work permit. Filming is scheduled for Monday, December 1st. Directors are expecting to wrap around 11 pm, and Illinois law requires a 12-hour turnaround for minors to return to school after working. This means if directors wrap at 11 pm, they are not supposed to be back in school until 11 am the next day. In this scenario, directors must have the children return to "set school" with them the next day so they can get the required school hours met. Attendance will be taken and submitted in a production report. - In order to be considered for this booking, you must be available both Monday 12/1 for filming, and Tuesday 12/2 to come to "set school." - This is required to stay compliant with Illinois Labor Laws. Filming on Monday will be on location, and Tuesday's "set school" will be at Cinespace. BOTH ARE PAID DAYS. Directors will also have catered meals for both the children and parents on these days.
