Looking for Young Actors in Student Film "Pieces"
Casting Call – UCSB Short Film “Pieces” We are producing a UCSB student short film shooting December 14–19 in Los Angeles (actors will only be needed 1-2days) and are looking for young performers. The film follows a boy and his father through different stages of growing up and highlights African American and Hispanic voices. We need about 3 kids (ages 6–13, flexible) as extras for a fun birthday-party scene—running around, playing, and interacting naturally. We also need two young African American boys to play Young Franklin (8–10) and Franklin’s young son (5–8), plus a tween/teen African American actor (12–15) to play Franklin’s teenage son. This is an unpaid student project but provides copy, credit, meals, and a premiere invitation. If interested, please apply.
