"Tarzan" Musical Needs Children
Seeking young performers for the "Tarzan" Musical. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Rate: All cast members are unpaid and perform on a volunteer-basis for the love of it. Additional info: Be prepared to sing two cuts of music, 32 measures each, either from the show or in the style of the show. Please have sheet music in a binder with cuts clearly marked for our accompanist. If you are only auditioning for a non-singing/dance ensemble role, still sign up for an audition time slot, and plan on doing a two-minute variation piece to show us some dancing. Please provide your own speaker/musical accompaniment if desired. If you are only auditioning for the role of Clayton, also a non-singing role, please prepare a one-minute monologue to perform during your time slot. Performances will take place at SALT's Chester Springs location on the weekends from April 3-26, 2026. The Read Through will take place on the evening of Jan 12, and rehearsals continue mostly on Sundays & Monday/Wednesday evenings.
