SAG COMMERCIAL Projected Usage: Class A – 1 run, National Cable, Streaming (incl. Traditional Digital), Theatrical/Industrial. Stills Option: License: Rights cover all captured stills, not limited to selects or finals. Fee and any Option fee must be preapproved by Nike in writing before execution with the contractor. Usage Period: 2 years from first public use, with perpetual internal and archival rights (Deliverables may remain where originally published with no removal required after expiration, provided no new use occurs). Territory: Worldwide. Media: Nike holds exclusive, sublicensable, unlimited, and irrevocable rights for itself, affiliates, and licensees to use stills in any media now known or later developed, incl. promotional merchandise, excluding TV, OOH/DOOH, paid print, and merchandise for sale. Option: If checked, Nike may extend to TV, OOH/DOOH & paid print for 6 months (within Usage Period) for an additional $1,000.
