Teens Needed for "Kids From Wisconsin" Ensemble

Seeking Singer/Dancers and Instrumentalists ages 15 and up for "Kids From Wisconsin" Ensemble. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Additional info: Traditionally, directors choose 11 girl and 11 boy singer/dancers and a 14-piece stage band (2 keyboards, 2 percussion, 1 electric guitar, 1 bass guitar, 4 trumpets, 1 tenor trombone, 1 bass trombone, 2 woodwinds (Must play alto or tenor saxophone primarily; doubling capabilities on flute and clarinet are ideal; ability to play bari sax is a plus!) How long is the summer rehearsal and tour commitment? If selected as a member of this elite troupe of performers, you must commit to May 23-25 (Mini Camp) AND June 6-August 17 (3-week rehearsal camp, approximately 7 weeks of touring, and 11 days of residency at the Wisconsin State Fair). Room (shared) and most meals are provided. During the tour, there is 1 to 2 days off per week. Per diem is awarded weekly to cover food and other expenses incurred during the tour.
