Kids and Teens Needed for Musical "Matilda"

ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Calling all naughty and revolting children and teens ages 8+ for musical "Matilda". More details are below. Additional information: Callbacks (if needed): Wednesday, Dec 10 • 6PM–10PM. Location: East Gwillimbury, ON. Rehearsals: Mondays & Thursdays 7PM–10PM. Sundays 11AM–5PM. Starting Sunday, January 4th, 2026. Tech Week: April 11–16, 2026. Performances: April 17–19 & April 24–26, 2026. School Show: April 22, 2026 (daytime). What to Prepare: Acting: 1-minute monologue (any style, comedic preferred). Be ready to adjust with a different style, voice, or redirection. Cold reads may be requested. Music: 2 songs (1–1½ minutes each/~32 bars). One may be from the show. Showcase your vocal range, acting, and character. Be ready for re-direction. Dance: Bring comfortable clothes & appropriate footwear. All auditioners will participate in a dance portion.
