About the project: A Man With A Vision is an original gospel musical based on the true-life events of Pastor Leroy Sanders, Sr. Through music and dialogue, it tells the story of Rev. Moses Rose, a Louisiana-born preacher who overcame abandonment and poverty to build a thriving ministry — only to face betrayal, lawsuits, and a battle for his legacy. Strong actor and singer. Little Joshua is Moses and JoAnn’s youngest son and is the narrator throughout the play. He exists in and out of the scenes, offering the audience context and comedic relief.
Strong actor and singer. Little Moses is the young version of Moses Rose. His father has abandoned him, and his mother leaves him and his siblings with different family members. He is a self-sufficient child, but he longs for more. He is motivated to be and do better by the resentment he holds towards his father and mother.
Strong actor and singer. Linda is Moses and JoAnn’s youngest daughter. She injects humor and sass into everything. She is particularly close with Delores and Joshua. She is part of the second set of children Moses and JoAnn have.
Strong actor and singer. Delores is Moses and JoAnn’s second youngest daughter. She is the glue of the siblings. Her infectious smile can brighten any room, but she also is a no nonsense type of person. She, Linda, and Joshua make up the second set of children Moses and JoAnn have.
