Auditions for kids in the musical “SpongeBob”. See the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: Plunge into this stunning all-singing, all-dancing, dynamic stage show! When the citizens of Bikini Bottom discover that a volcano will soon erupt and destroy their humble home, SpongeBob and his friends must come together to save the fate of their undersea world. With lives hanging in the balance and all hope lost, a most unexpected hero rises up. The power of optimism really can save the world! Additional info: Please note: there is a production fee applied. Performance dates: SpongeBob will be performed on March 7 and 8, 2026, with a mandatory tech weekend on Feb. 28 and March 1, 2026. Rehearsals will take place on Sunday afternoons beginning Nov. 9 until the show weekend — with a break over Thanksgiving and Christmas. Full rehearsal schedules will be confirmed upon casting. You will be taught a dance combination at the audition. Note: All roles require strong comedic timing, energy, and the ability to embody the quirky, optimistic tone of Bikini Bottom!
