"Annie" Musical Needs Kids and Teens

Seeking kids ages eight and up for the "Annie" Musical. Please see the details below. About the project: Leapin' Lizards! The winner of seven Tony Awards, including Best Musical, ANNIE features some of the greatest musical theatre hits ever written. With equal measures of pluck and positivity, little orphan Annie foils the evil Miss Hannigan and charms everyone's heart. Additional info: Girls ages 8-13: Prepare a 60-second cutting from any uptempo Broadway or Disney song, not from ANNIE. Bring your accompaniment—a pianist, CD, phone, or laptop. There will be no a cappella auditions and no dance auditions. Bring your school and family calendars to list rehearsal conflicts accurately. REHEARSALS: Generally 2-4 nights per week from 7pm-9:30pm Monday through Thursday evenings with a few weekend dance rehearsals from December 1-February 2 with a holiday break from December 23-January 4. Ages14+: Prepare a 60-second cutting from any uptempo Broadway or Disney song, not from ANNIE. Bring your accompaniment- pianist, CD, phone, or laptop. No a cappella auditions.
