The contestants earn points based on performance, teamwork, and attitude as they push their physical and mental limits to become the ultimate “all-around champion.” This inspiring kids’ reality show celebrates young athletes and the power of sportsmanship all while this Emmy Award-winning reality sports competition series, brings together 10 of the best youth athletes from across North America and the UK. Each season, a group of elite teen athletes from different sports come together to train, compete, and challenge themselves in each other’s disciplines—all while developing teamwork, resilience, and mutual respect.
