"A Charlie Brown Christmas" Needs Kids and Teens

Seeking talent ages seven and above to perform in the "A Charlie Brown Christmas". Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: The classic animated television special A Charlie Brown Christmas comes to life in this faithful stage adaptation in which Charlie Brown, Snoopy, and the rest of the Peanuts gang discover the true meaning of Christmas. Additional info: Music/Singing: Auditionees need to prepare a section of a musical theatre song that is roughly 32 measures in length (not to exceed two minutes). Unfortunately, no accompanist will be available. Please make sure the track does not contain the lead vocals so that directors can hear you. Directors will have a CD player and adapters to play from mobile devices. No a cappella auditions, please. Acting: Auditionees do not need to memorize a monologue, but will be asked to cold-read a section from the script.
