Child Auditions for Musical Production "Annie"

Seeking girls ages 6-12 years old for the "Annie" Musical. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: Based on Harold Gray’s beloved comic strip, Annie became a worldwide phenomenon and winner of seven Tony Awards, including Best Musical. The score by Thomas Meehan, Charles Strouse, and Martin Charnin includes timeless favorites like “Tomorrow.” With courage and optimism, little orphan Annie melts hearts as she sets out to find her parents in 1930s New York City. Along the way, she outsmarts Miss Hannigan, meets President Franklin D. Roosevelt, and finds a family with billionaire Oliver Warbucks, his secretary Grace Farrell, and her trusty pup, Sandy. Additional info: Required Songs: Annie (lead role): “Maybe” and “Tomorrow” Orphans: “Maybe” Callbacks: Sunday, October 19th at 2 PM – In-person at the Music Box. Callbacks include dance, reading, and possible vocal re-auditions. Rehearsals begin late October, typically 3–4 times per week (evenings & weekends). Schedule will vary by role; not all are called for every rehearsal. Please list all known conflicts on your audition form.
