Seeking Teens for "The Good Doctor" Show

Seeking performers ages 15 and up for "The Good Doctor" Show. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: Neil Simon’s The Good Doctor is a witty and heartfelt collection of nine short plays inspired by the stories of Anton Chekhov. Each vignette introduces a new set of characters-usually two or three-ranging from a feisty old woman confronting a banker to a father awkwardly guiding his son into adulthood. The only figure who appears throughout is “The Writer,” a narrator modeled after Chekhov himself, who ties the stories together with humor and insight. Additional info: The Good Doctor will run December 11-21, 2025, at LC's Shoebox Theater. Rehearsals usually take place in the evening and will tentatively begin on October 16. Weekend rehearsal work may be required closer to the show date. If interested, please apply.
