About the project: Children of Eden is a sweeping, spiritually resonant musical by Stephen Schwartz and John Caird, based on the book of Genesis. The show explores the perennial tensions between parents and children, faith and free will, and the courage to let go. This concert version will feature selected numbers from the full show, presented with minimal staging but full-hearted performances. Rate: Stipend $650 for lead roles $400 for ensemble Additional info: Rehearsals begin Tuesday, November 4 Tuesdays & Thursdays – Evenings (exact times TBA) Saturdays – During the day (exact times TBA) Performance: Wednesday, November 19 at 7:30 PM Prepare a 16-32 bar cut selection (comparable style).
