Kids ages 8-12 are welcome to audition for "A Christmas Story" Musical. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: "A Christmas Story: The Musical" tells the story of nine-year-old Ralphie Parker's desperate quest for an Official Red Ryder Carbine-Action 200-shot Range Model Air Rifle for Christmas in the 1940s. The musical adapts the classic movie, incorporating iconic scenes, quirky characters, and show-stopping musical numbers that bring childhood dreams, family chaos, and holiday magic to life. The story is narrated by an older Ralphie and features songs that explore Ralphie's fantasies and the humorous events leading up to Christmas. Additional info: Sides will be provided at the auditions. If you have a headshot and resume, please bring a copy of both to your audition. Show dates: November 21st - December 7th.
