Young Talent Wanted for "A Winnie-The-Pooh Christmas Tail"

Seeking young performers ages 8 and up for "A Winnie-The-Pooh Christmas Tail" Play. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: Based on A.A. Milne’s cherished characters, A Winnie-the-Pooh Christmas Tail is a heartwarming tale of friendship and kindness. Pooh, Piglet, Rabbit, Tigger, and their friends in the Hundred Acre Wood come together to help Eeyore find joy during the holiday season. Filled with delightful songs, touching moments, and plenty of laughter, this show is a perfect way to celebrate the spirit of giving and great for audiences of all ages. Additional info: REHEARSALS AND TIME COMMITMENT: Approximate rehearsal dates can begin as early as the week of October 11 and run through December 4, 2025, Monday through Thursday evenings and Saturdays. Before tech, evening rehearsals will be 5 p.m. - 9 p.m.; tech rehearsals will potentially be until 10pm. Directors understand that some students may have conflicts where they may miss rehearsals, must arrive late or leave early. However, cast members will not be able to miss rehearsals during tech week or the show's run. Tech rehearsals start Saturday, November 29th, and all cast members must be present! Directors will ask about the specific dates of your conflicts in the audition form. Again, cast members will not be able to have any conflicts between November 29th and December 23rd, 2025. Opening night is December 5, 2025, and the show runs through December 23, 2025. In addition to the traditional evening and weekend performances, several weekday matinees are available for schools, and there are also weekday matinees that align with the end of the school semester.
