"The Best Christmas Pageant Ever" Show Needs Boys and Girls

Kids ages 8-18 are welcome to audition for "The Best Christmas Pageant Ever" Show. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: The story of the unruly Herdman children, known as the “worst kids in the history of the world,” who unexpectedly disrupt the church’s annual Christmas pageant. As they prepare for their roles, they discover the true meaning of Christmas and, in turn, help the community see the Nativity story through new eyes. Additional info: Requirements: SONG: Please come prepared to sing 32 bars (about 90 seconds) of a fun holiday song that shows off your singing talent (please, no a cappella or sheet music, tracks only). MONOLOGUE: Please come prepared with a one-minute character-driven monologue of your choice. Headshot and resume required. The first rehearsal/parent meeting will be on October 25. School shows are on Tuesday, December 9, at 9:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. All additional information, including rehearsal schedule and scripts, will be provided at the parent meeting. Callbacks: Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at 5:30 PM Mandatory parent meeting: Saturday, October 25, 2025, at 12:30 PM. Note: A production fee is applied. This helps cover costs; each actor gets a show T-shirt and materials. NO child is kept out of a show based on the ability to pay.
