"Holes" Show in VA Seeks Teen Actors
Casting performers aged 16 and older for the "Holes" show. Please see the details below. ONLY MD, DC AND LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: The Boys at Camp Green Lake are trapped. The stakes are real. Their emotional shifts and beats are quick; being able to navigate the psychological terrain is key. Leader/ring-leader. Even if he hasn't been here the longest, he has ALL the answers. Even if he's not the biggest, he has ALL the power. He's the tun/cool older brother, but that also means he knows how to torment, intimidate, punish, get his way...
Jock. Believes he can take on the world. Once he gets going he doesn't know when to quit. Loose cannon.
Vice-president. Eager to please. Knows who to befriend and when and why. Puffed-up. Tough -can't let his softer side show.
A prankster. Class-clown. Charismatic and somewhat mischievous, a carefree troublemaker. Deep need for belonging.
A loner. A nerd. A loser. And ultimately, a kind of hero. A coming-of-age story for him. We watch him mature and grow.
A kid who has grown up too quickly and has lived a 100 lives by the time we meet him. Steely. Hard. Quiet. Misunderstood. And also brilliant. Resourceful. He doesn't give away too much.
