Teens Needed for "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland"

Seeking talents ages 14 and up for "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland" Play. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: Follow Alice down the rabbit hole in this magical, musical retelling of Lewis Carroll’s beloved fantasy. Dashing after a mysterious white rabbit, Young Alice accidentally tumbles down, down, down into a most peculiar world. Wonderland is full of mad tea parties, nonsense poems, a croquet-playing Queen, and a Jabberwocky. Notably absent is a clear path home. As things become curiouser and curiouser, Alice relies on cryptic clues from The Caterpillar, Humpty Dumpty, and — of course — the Cheshire Cat while seeking her way. Additional info: Please prepare a short (16-32 bars) selection of a pop song of your choice. Auditions will also include readings from the script and a short movement audition. Rehearsals are Monday through Friday at 6:30, expect to be scheduled in ALOT as this is very much an ensemble piece with lots of actors on stage for many of the scenes and numbers.
