"A Christmas Story" Musical Needs Boys and Girls

Boys and girls ages 9–14 are invited to audition for "A Christmas Story" Musical. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: A Christmas Story, The Musical, follows 9-year-old Ralphie Parker in 1940s Indiana on his determined quest for the ultimate Christmas gift: an Official Red Ryder® Carbine-Action 200-Shot Range Model Air Rifle, despite everyone's warnings that he'll shoot his eye out. The musical stages iconic scenes from the beloved film, including a bizarre leg lamp, pink bunny pajamas, Flick getting his tongue stuck to a flagpole, and a humiliating encounter with the department store Santa, all while exploring the wonder and chaos of a childhood Christmas. Additional info: Kids must be no taller than 5'. Must have a musical theatre background or a strong singing voice and dance training. See the attachment for details.
