Teens Needed for "Pinkalicious" The Musical

Performers grades 6 & up are invited to audition for "Pinkalicious" The Musical. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: This is the tale of Pinkalicious, who can’t stop eating pink cupcakes despite warnings from her parents. Her pink indulgence lands her at the doctor’s office with Pinkititis, an affliction that turns her pink from head to toe–a dream come true for this pink-loving enthusiast. Alas Pinkalicious needs a way out of her pink predicament, and joined by her family they find unity and appreciation in the quirks that define us all. Additional info: This semi-professional production is open to teen performers (grades 6 and up) with prior stage experience. Cast members will have the opportunity to work alongside theater professionals and receive hands-on training in acting, singing, and performance technique. This is an exciting opportunity for young performers to grow their skills in a fun, fast-paced, and supportive environment. Please prepare 32 measures of a song and a 1-2 minute comic monologue that shows directors who you are. Feel free to sing from the show, but not necessary. Callbacks: Wednesday, September 10th – 6:00-9:00 pm. All conflicts must be listed on your audition form. No additional conflicts will be accepted after auditions. If you are cast in the show, any unlisted or newly added conflicts may result in your role being reassigned. The form is attached to the sign-up link. Rehearsal schedule: Wednesdays from 6:00-9:00 pm & Sundays from 1:30-5:30 pm. Performers will only be called to rehearsal when needed.
