Young Talent Wanted for "Elf the Musical"

Audition for "Elf the Musical". Auditioners must be at least 13 years old to audition, though not all roles are appropriate for younger actors. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED, About the project: A title known the world over, Elf The Musical is a must-produce holiday musical that can easily become an annual tradition for any theatre. Based on the cherished 2003 New Line Cinema hit, Elf features songs by Tony Award nominees Matthew Sklar (The Prom, The Wedding Singer) and Chad Beguelin (Disney’s Aladdin on Broadway), with a book by Tony Award winners, Thomas Meehan (Annie, The Producers, Hairspray) and Bob Martin (The Drowsy Chaperone). Additional info: Please wear comfortable clothes that you can dance in along with a water bottle. If you have jazz shoes or tap shoes, please bring those with you, as there will be a longer combo with sneakers/jazz shoes, and a short tap combo. If you do not have jazz shoes or tap shoes, sneakers will be fine for this dance call. Callbacks will be held on Sunday, September 7th, from 4 pm to 8 pm. Rehearsals are scheduled to run September 29th through December 3rd on Monday-Thursdays, 6:30pm-9:30pm, and Sundays from 5pm-9pm. Potential Saturday rehearsals may be added (subject to change). Tech week begins November 29th, and tech week rehearsals will run through December 3rd. Performances will run from December 4th - 21st, 2025 7:30 PM Thurs-Saturday and 2:00 PM Sunday.
