"Miss Pelican Festival Scholarship Pageant" needs girls of all ages. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Additional info: The pageant will take place on Saturday, September 27th. AREAS OF COMPETITION: Ages 0-13 years: All contestants ages 0-13 years will only need beauty wear/ a dress of their choice. Ages 8-13 will introduce themselves onstage and will answer an age-appropriate onstage question while onstage for the beauty walk. Please note that a fee will be applied.
