Looking to cast boys and girls for "Annie" play. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: With equal measures of pluck and positivity, little orphan Annie charms everyone's hearts despite a next-to-nothing start in 1930s New York City. She is determined to find the parents who abandoned her years ago on the doorstep of a New York City Orphanage that is run by the cruel, embittered Miss Hannigan. With the help of the other girls in the Orphanage, Annie escapes to the wondrous world of NYC. In adventure after fun-filled adventure, Annie foils Miss Hannigan's evil machinations... and even befriends President Franklin Delano Roosevelt! She finds a new home and family in billionaire, Oliver Warbucks, his personal secretary, Grace Farrell, and a lovable mutt named Sandy. Additional info: See details attached. Callbacks: Saturday, September 13, 2025 at 12-5 PM. Prepare a 60-second piece in the style of the show and upload/link, see instuctions in the atachment. Beginning Tuesday, September 16, 2025, rehearsals will be Sunday (2-5PM), Tuesday (7-10 PM), Thursday (7-10PM). We will make every effort to have actors younger than 18 out by 9PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays prior to tech week. Rehearsals September 16, 2025 through November 21, 2025 will be at Christ the Shepherd Lutheran Church, 4655 Webb Bridge Rd, 30005. Tech week is Saturday, November 29, 2025 (note this is the Saturday after Thanksgiving) through Thursday, December 4, 20205. Shows are December 5, 2025 through December 21, 2025, Friday & Saturday evenings at 7:30, and Sunday at 2:00 PM. No conflicts tech week or show dates. If interested, please apply.
