Sheriff and proudly produced by BNS Productions - Charlotte’s premier African American repertory theatre company. This beloved family favorite, inspired by the 1978 hit movie The Wiz, imagines what happens after Dorothy returns to Harlem. With a fresh lineup of unforgettable characters, a few familiar favorites, and an all-new score that brings audiences to their feet, Be A Lion continues to captivate sold-out crowds year after year.
