Teenage client in foster care who recounts a sad story. Is met with empathy and care, but, when the social worker becomes distracted, the teen notices the attention shift. Presses the distracted social worker on when she will be able to leave her current foster home. When the worker pulls it together, the teen leaves appointment with reassurance and hope.
