"The Arizona Nutcracker" Ballet Needs Kids and Teens
Seeking boys and girls for "The Arizona Nutcracker" Ballet. Please see the details below. About the project: The colorful production had been called The Ahwatukee Nutcracker for over two decades, but was rebranded after Lewis moved the venue for it from Desert Vista High School to the Madison center for the Arts in Phoenix. Additional info: Dancers from all studios and backgrounds are welcome. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a full-length, professionally staged Nutcracker production featuring stunning costumes, magical storytelling, and a cast of talented young performers from across the Valley. Girls attending the audition are asked to wear a black leotard, pink tights, ballet or pointe shoes, and pull their hair back in a ballerina bun. Boys are asked to wear black shorts and a white T-shirt. If interested, please apply.
