Casting Teen Performers for "Heights of Olympus" Play
High school students are welcome to audition for "Heights of Olympus" Play. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: "Heights of Olympus" – an original show that brings Greek mythology to life with heart, humor, and high-stakes adventure! Additional info: Bring a headshot and resume (no worries if you don’t have one, just bring a picture of yourself to attach to the audition form) Sign in when you arrive, and that is the order you will go in once the dance call is over. Review the audition songs & monologues attached; you have chosen to prepare (copies will be provided if needed). Note that a fee will be applied. Rehearsals: Tuesdays & Thursdays from 5:30-7:30 PM beginning August 19th. Additional rehearsals include: full dress rehearsals five (8) weekdays leading up to the production as outlined on the calendar below. Performances: will be two weekends. November 13th thru 15th @ 6pm and November 20th -22nd(Thursday - Saturday) Additional Valuable Information: Each student is expected to provide costumes and props for their casted character which proves to be a fun and exciting part of the production. Directors encourage thrifting and have an in-house seamstress to help with costume alterations. There are 2 parent meetings during the rehearsal schedule to discuss costumes, props and craft days.
