Singing Audition for "Elf the Musical"
Looking for talents ages 8 and up for "Elf the Musical". Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Additional info: Please prepare 32 bars or 1 minute of a musical theater song in the style of the show. Bring sheet music in the correct key with your start and stop points clearly marked. An accompanist will be provided. There will be dance at callbacks only, please wear clothes you can move in and bring dance shoes. Callbacks, BY INVITATION ONLY, on Thursday, Aug 28th 6-10pm. Rehearsals for ELF THE MUSICAL will be held in Palatine beginning Sunday September 14th. Sundays from 2-6pm, Monday through Thursday from 7-10pm. For under age 16 actors, though rehearsals are scheduled until 10pm, MOS will make every effort to release them before 10pm. Please note, that there will be nights, especially during tech week that they will need to be there the entire time. Tech Week is Sunday November 9th through Friday November 14th.
