"Addams Family School Edition" Needs Boys and Girls

7th-12th graders are invited to audition for "Addams Family School Edition". Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: Additional info: You will sing around 1 minute of a musical theatre song of your choice. Directors prefer you have an accompaniment track to play from your phone on our speaker, or directors can pull it up for you if it’s off of YouTube. You may be asked to do a quick two 8-count dance or say a line or two. Callbacks will take place on Thursday, August 21st. Not everyone will receive a callback. If you accept the role offered to you, rehearsals will begin on August 25th. Most rehearsals will take place at The Cube in Bethany. As we get closer to the show, we will move to the Mustang Performing Arts Center. Rehearsals will be Monday and Tuesday evenings from 6-9 pm and Thursday evenings from 7:30-9 pm. Directors are generally lenient with a few conflicts on rehearsal evenings. However, excessive conflicts written on your audition sheet will impact your casting. Tech rehearsals are required. If you have any conflicts during any tech rehearsals, they need to be communicated to us at auditions for pre-approval or denial. If you let us know of a tech rehearsal conflict after casting, your role may be removed from you if we feel that is necessary for the quality of our production and our cast. Tech rehearsals will be October 20-23rd with performances on Friday, October 24th at 7 pm & Saturday, October 25th at 7 pm. Performances will be at the Mustang Performing Arts Center on Friday, October 24th at 7 pm and Saturday, October 25th at 7 pm. This show will only have two performances due to scheduling at the MPAC.
