The place, London’s newly built Globe Playhouse, where Henry V has just opened. While Shakespeare and his contemporaries verbally spar backstage, a mysterious affliction, spread by bite, has turned the populace outside into ravening beasts. Can the Bard and a surprising collection of historical figures (including Queen Elizabeth herself) survive this terrible plague? Additional info: Auditions will be from cold readings of the script.
