Additional info: Age Divisions + Rules: •0-23 Months: No makeup, hair pieces, flippers, etc. Preferably cupcake gowns. •2-3: No makeup, hair pieces, flippers, etc. Preferably cupcake gowns. •4-6: Age-appropriate makeup. (NO heavy eyeshadow or large eyelashes) No flippers or large hair pieces. Natural spray tans only. A floor-length gown is preferred. No parent on-stage for this division and up. •7-10: No heavy eyeshadow or large eyelashes. No flippers. No large hair pieces. (Natural extensions allowed. Floor-length beauty gown. Natural spray tans only. •11-12: NO flippers or large hair pieces. (Natural extensions allowed.) Floor-length beauty gown. No slits. Natural spray tans only. •13-15: NO flippers or large hair pieces. (Natural extensions allowed.) Floor-length beauty gown. Appropriate slits are allowed. Natural spray tans only. •16+: NO flippers or large hair pieces. (Natural extensions allowed.)
