About the project: Be part of a brand new mystery that unfolds during a hurricane in a small-town Florida library. Written by Ropp award-winning Florida playwright Karen Poulsen, Waiting for Hope is a character-driven, suspenseful drama with secrets, storms, and unexpected revelations. Rate: Volunteer only. Additional info: Doors open at 6:30 PM Performance Dates: July 25–27 & August 1–3, 2025 Fridays 8 pm, Saturdays & Sundays 2 pm. Cold readings only. No monologue needed. Attend only one night—Sunday or Monday. No experience required. No prepared piece necessary—cold readings from the script. (Scripts NOT available until after auditions).
