About the project: In the racially divided South of the 1960s, a bold young white rebel and a reserved Black girl risk everything for love, defying societal norms and igniting a battle between prejudice and freedom. What begins as an innocent attraction soon turns into a dangerous romance, forcing them to make impossible choices in a world that seeks to keep them apart.
