About the project: Seventeen-year-old Caleb has just moved to a quiet new town, hoping for a fresh start-but fitting in proves harder than he imagined. Isolated and adrift, a chance meeting with Rachel, a confident dancer from school, offers him an unexpected invitation to try something new. But after a run-in with the school bully, Caleb must decide: keep hiding in the background or take a leap into the unknown. With courage building and music calling, he steps into Rachel's world of dance-beginning a journey of self-discovery, friendship, and finding where he truly belongs. Rate: Non-Union. Great exposure the actors will get a demo reel. Additional information: SHOOT/PERFORMANCE DATE(S) June 7-8. SHOOT/PERFORMANCE LOCATION(S) Dance studio and Boundary Park in Surrey. A vibrant and passionate dancer with an infectious energy. Rachel is outgoing, compassionate, and sees the good in everyone. She naturally brings people together and creates a sense of belonging wherever she goes. Her warmth is rooted in genuine empathy.
The school bully who masks his insecurity with aggression. Griffin feels threatened by Caleb and reacts with hostility. Beneath his tough exterior lies fear and vulnerability shaped by his own struggles.
