"Once On This Island" Auditions for Teen Boys and Girls
Auditions for the 2025 Dogwood Dell Festival of the Arts musical: ONCE ON THIS ISLAND. Casting teens aged 16 and older. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Additional info: What to prepare: A 16-bar vocal cut in the style of the show (R&B, gospel, or pop) No live accompaniment will be provided. Please bring a device with an instrumental backing track ready to play. A Bluetooth speaker will be available. PERFORMANCE DETAILS Dates: August 8, 9, 10 & 15, 16, 17, 2025 Dance auditions are divided into three 40-minute blocks. You must select only one slot. Each group is capped at 25 participants. Please arrive warmed up and wear clothing and footwear suitable for dancing. VOCAL AUDITIONS Vocal auditions are held in group blocks. When you arrive for your vocal block, you will be assigned a 5-minute individual audition time within that block. If interested, please apply.
