Casting Teenagers for "James and the Giant Peach"

Auditionees for this show must be in grades 6-12 for the 25/26 school year. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Additional info: Auditionees should prepare a 1-minute song from the show James and the Giant Peach o Tracks are preferred however, an accompanist will be provided and sheet music from the show will be available if needed ● Please come prepared to move, however not everyone will be asked to stay and dance. ● Please come prepared to do a cold read from the script if asked to do so. Schedule: ● REHEARSALS • Rehearsals will reflect a typical Mainstage schedule with multiple rehearsals each week for approximately 6- 8 weeks prior to the performance. The rehearsal length will be approximately 3 hours. o Times of rehearsals will be dependent on the availability of space. Typically, somewhere between the hours of 4:30 pm-7:30 pm. • Will also plan to rehearse during the day the week of July 23-27th, 2025. Please note that the fee applies. If interested, please apply.
