About the project: Hadestown: Teen Edition is a musical adaptation of the Greek myth of Orpheus and Eurydice, but with a modern, industrialized twist. It follows Orpheus’s journey to the underworld (Hadestown) to rescue Eurydice, who has been lured there by Hades, the ruler of the underworld, and his wife Persephone. The story explores themes of love, loss, and the consequences of unchecked power, set to a score inspired by jazz and folk music. Additional info: Please note: there is a production fee applied. Please Note: auditions are not mandatory. However, if you choose to forgo a singing audition, you will not be considered for a callback and are accepting an ensemble role in the show. All students to register will receive a part in the show.
