Seeking Teens for "Hairspray" Musical

Students who are 12-17 years old are needed for the "Hairspray" Musical. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Additional info: Please prepare a short selection (1 minute or less), in the style of the show, and provide an accompaniment track (via file or link). Please bring clothing appropriate for dance, as you may be asked to participate in a dance call. Please provide 1 copy of a current headshot and resumé. Schedule: Rehearsals begin Tuesday, June 17. Rehearsals are typically on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings, as well as Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Only certain roles are called to specific rehearsals. Some conflicts are allowed for regular rehearsals, as long as they are submitted before casting offers are made. Mandatory tech rehearsals are Sunday, July 20 through Thursday, July 14. Performances are Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m. and Sundays at 5 p.m., July 25 through August 3. There is also a mandatory Pick-Up rehearsal on Thursday, July 31. If interested, please apply.
