Teen actors wanted for summer production of "Titus Andronicus" – Details Below! ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: Synopsis - Titus Andronicus is a brutal tale of revenge and ruin. After losing twenty-one sons in battle, Roman general Titus sacrifices the son of defeated Goth queen Tamora. He helps Saturninus become emperor, but when Saturninus is spurned by Titus’s daughter Lavinia, he marries Tamora instead—igniting a cycle of vengeance. Tamora’s lover, Aaron, orchestrates a series of horrors: Bassianus is murdered, two of Titus’s sons are framed, and Lavinia is raped and mutilated. Titus sacrifices his own hand in a failed attempt to save his sons, receiving only their severed heads in return. Titus’s surviving son, Lucius, raises an army. In revenge, Titus kills Tamora’s sons and feeds them to her. A final bloodbath follows, leaving Lavinia, Tamora, Titus, and Saturninus dead. Lucius becomes emperor and condemns Aaron to die.
