Dance Opportunities for Kids in "High School Musical" Show

Kids ages 6 and up are welcome to audition for the "High School Musical" Show. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Additional info: You will be learning the music for some of the big dance numbers and solos/duets in early May, so directors can jump right into choreography in June. These rehearsals are flexible, but please list any conflicts you have so directors can find times when as many people are available as possible Saturdays/Sundays 4/27, 5/3, 5/4, 5/10, 5/11. Full cast rehearsals will be held 2-3 times a week, Mondays-Thursdays, based on availability between 6/2-7/3 and 3-4 days/week during July. Conflicts submitted before casting are excused, and directors will work around them as best they can to create the rehearsal schedule. It is assumed that everyone will have vacations, camps, work, etc.. You will only be called for your songs/scenes, so depending on your role, you may be called less. Performances will be held the weekend of 7/24-27. Shows will be determined around availability and based on whether we have 1 or 2 casts. Note that the fee will be applied.
