About the project: Beetlejuice Jr. is a one-act musical adaptation of the Broadway show Beetlejuice, designed for younger performers. Based on Tim Burton’s iconic film, it follows the story of Lydia Deetz, a strange and unusual teen, who teams up with the mischievous and eccentric demon Beetlejuice to scare away the new inhabitants of her home. With a fun mix of spooky humor, catchy songs, and heartfelt moments, Beetlejuice Jr. is a high-energy, family-friendly show about embracing life, even after death. Additional info: Callbacks will be May 2nd, 6-8pm The audition will consist of you performing 16-32 bars of a song of your choice, a cappella. You may be asked to cold-read sides at auditions. You will also be asked to learn a short dance ahead of time. The video and slides will be released on April 23rd. Please note that the fee applies. If interested, please apply.
