Audition for child actors for the musical: Fun Home. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Additional info: All communications about your audition will be sent via email. If you are needed for a call back on Sunday, June 8, 7:00-9:30 pm, you will be contacted by email after auditions on Saturday, June 7. Not everyone cast will receive a callback. Audition Instructions - Prepare a 16-32 bar cut of a song in the style of the show that best demonstrates your abilities. Bring a copy of the music for the accompanist OR email an mp3 of an accompaniment track 24 hours before your audition to alex@newtontheatrecompany.com - Adults: Prepare a 60-90 second contemporary monologue of your choosing. - Children: Prepare a 60-90 second contemporary monologue OR be prepared to read sides from the show.
