About the project: Opera Wyoming is holding open auditions for local singers for the upcoming production of Carmen, set in the American West of 1879. Additional info: Show dates: June 20, 22 Seeking at least five contraltos, mezzo-sopranos, and sopranos for the chorus and performers of all voice types to fill out vocal ensemble and character groups. Voice Ranges: Sopranos/Mezzos - E4-G#5 Mezzos/Contraltos - A3-E5 Vocal Requirements: All adult singers should be comfortable singing in ensembles split into up to 5 parts.
