Singing Audition for "The Lion King Jr." Show
Kids between the ages of 7 and 18 are welcome to audition for "The Lion King Jr." Show. Please see the details below. Additional info: The show is based on the 1994 film and 1997 Broadway Musical and includes many production numbers. Audition materials will be provided, and you must attend one of the audition dates. Please arrive early with a parent to fill out the paperwork. If needed, an additional audition and callback evening will be announced. All Cast Members must be available for possible rehearsals on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings and Sunday afternoons. There will be an established number of "Company" Rehearsals. Each Actor must attend a certain percentage of those rehearsals, or they will be cut from Certain Numbers or the Show. Also, all Actors must attend all rehearsals held at the Performance Venue. The First Rehearsal will take place on Thursday, April 10, from 7:00-9:00 p.m. Performance dates include Wednesday, June 18 at 7:30 p.m. and Thursday, June 19 at 7:30 p.m. in the Succop Theater at Butler County Community College.
