About the project: Arsenic and Old Lace is a beloved stage comedy that follows the charming yet increasingly frantic Mortimer Brewster as he discovers his sweet, elderly aunts’ rather unconventional hobby—helping lonely old gentlemen “find peace” through poisoned elderberry wine. As bodies pile up, a mix of oddball characters, a delusional brother who thinks he’s Teddy Roosevelt, and a sinister long-lost sibling create chaos in this timeless farce! Additional info: Performance Dates: June 20-22 & June 27-28 Rehearsals will be held on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays leading up to the show. Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script. No preparation necessary—just bring your comedic timing and energy!
