Singing Audition for "Sister Act" Musical

"Sister Act" Musical is looking for actors ages 16 and up. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Rate: No pay. Additional info: Please prepare a brief song (under one minute) in the style of the show (singing from the show is ok). Please bring sheet music in the correct key. A capella singing is discouraged, and Bluetooth/mobile devices with backing tracks will not be permitted. Rehearsals are generally Mon-Thurs evenings from 6-9:30 pm and Sundays from 3-7 pm. Actors will not be needed every day until we get closer to opening. Required sitzprobe rehearsal (sing-through with the orchestra) will occur on Saturday, May 3 starting around 12pm. All tech rehearsals are required and will take place the evenings of Sun May 4-Thurs May 8 and hours are longer/later this week. Rehearsals will begin on or around Sun Mar 23 @ 3 pm. Performance dates are as follows: Fri May 9 @ 7:30 pm, (Sat May 10 @ 2 pm hold for potential added performance), Sat May 10 @ 7 pm, Sun May 11 @ 4 pm, Fri May 16 @ 7:30 pm, Sat May 17 @ 2 pm, Sat May 17 @ 7 pm, and Sun May 18 @ 4 pm.
